STRUGGLING WITH BREAKOUTS
 AND WANT A STEP-BY-STEP PLAN?

A simple, classic chia pudding for breakfast or a snack! Loaded with healthy fats, this omega-3 rich recipe will help to reduce inflammation in the body, supporting flawless skin, strong hair and balanced hormones. Add in any flavour you like, but my favourite is a handful of berries!

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method: Mix the chia with the coconut milk, vanilla and cinnamon until combined, using a fork or a whisk. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to thicken up, ideally overnight. Enjoy with a handful of berries and a drizzle of honey, or your favourite topping!

Mmmm that looks so good! I usually add banana to my chia pudding but blood orange and grapefruit is a fantastic idea. Have to try it!
