This is my healthy Toronto restaurant guide!
After spending a week in Toronto for my bestie’s wedding, I wanted to compile a list of the best spots we dined, plus ones I’m excited to check out next time! Let me know on Instagram what else I should add to the list.
Nut Bar: if I could go here everyday, I would. Nut Bar downtown location was my favourite, but all locations have a great selection of health-focused lattes, smoothies and snacks. My tip: get the Dandy Blend Nut Bar latte with house made nut milk.
Arvo Coffee: located in the Distillery District, this coffee shop is the cutest place to pick up a latte while you walk the cobblestone streets. It’s giving me Aussie vibes and we love that.
Mandy’s in Ossington: the perfect spot for a girls lunch date. I loved building my own salad from the menu. Love this spot!
Planta: with a few different themed locations around the city, you can’t really go wrong with Planta!
Fresh: this was my go-to spot for a quick bite to eat when I was craving something healthy. The bowls are great (as is the chocolate cake…) and they’ve got organic cold-pressed green juice which was perfect post-flight elixir to beat inflammation.
Impact Kitchen: a great grab-and-go spot for dairy-free and gluten-free eats. Loved the whole menu here, perfect for travellers or for a work date.
Kupfert and Kim: another health spot that I popped into for a work date. The menu was great, healthy options were endless and good vibes all around. I’ll be back for the chocolate smoothie.
Mamakas: loved this Greek restaurant in Ossington. Quality food, adorable seating, good vibes and great drinks.
Paris Paris: this was the perfect spot for patio drinks!
Bunners Bakeshop: the spot for vegan and gluten free treats (perfect for a sweet treat or celebration)
Which restaurants do I need to try next!?
