This Peachy Protein Smoothie Recipe is a perfect summertime snack! It is super simple to whip-up and it is both refreshing & creamy.

  • Peaches are packed with antioxidants, which help protect your skin from free radical damage (toxins, pesticides and more). Vitamin C (an antioxidant) helps to boost your body’s ability to produce collagen, encouraging strong and healthy skin.
  • Adding in a scoop of protein powder helps to manage blood sugar levels to avoid that “hangry” feeling and cravings.
  • Greens are optional, but they don’t impact the yummy taste of the smoothie AND they add incredible health benefits, like anti-inflammatory properties and extra fibre.

Pure Life Tip: Slice up fresh peaches + bananas and freeze for the perfect smoothie! Using frozen fruit takes this smoothie to the next level and makes it taste like ice cream!

Protein powder: this is the protein powder I like. I also like pure hemp or pure pumpkin seed protein powders.

No protein powder? Try a tablespoon of hemp seeds + chia seeds for a plant-based protein kick.

A delicious protein-packed plant based smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen peach or 1 handful frozen peach slices

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • Optional: 1 handful baby spinach or 1 scoop greens powder

  • 1 cup oat milk

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until creamy!
