Yes, Pumpkin Spice Lattes are still a thing, and I’m SO into them right now! The best thing about making your own pumpkin spice latte is that you know exactly what’s going into it and you are avoiding any sort of nasty additives, excessive sugar and conventional dairy. This recipe uses real pumpkin, warming spices and delicious coconut milk. It’s such a treat and really warms you up. 

Healthy Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix

  • 1 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pureed canned pumpkin – unsweetened
  • 1 heaping tsp of pumpkin spice mix (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix in a blender until smooth.

How to Enjoy:

  1. Add 2 tbsp to cold brew or hot coffee.
  2. Warm 1 cup of dairy-free milk with 2 tbsp of the mixture.
  3. Add to a smoothie with frozen banana and protein powder.

Option to top with dairy-free coconut whipped cream.
